Physical Products
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Any Physical Products can be returned within in 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unopened and unused.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of Digital products, NO REFUNDS can be given. Please be sure to double-check your download orders before purchase.
Digi Stamps vs. Rubber or Clear Stamps:
So what is a Digi Stamp? A Digi Stamp is a printable image file created by artists and crafters, for crafters, for the purpose of creating cards, scrapbook layouts, and other paper crafting projects. Digi Stamps are generally higher quality than simple clipart so they can be resized easily and printed with crisp clean lines. A digi stamp is also instantly accessible, which is great if you are the impatient type. All of these characteristics makes Digi Stamps very versatile.
On the other hand, a Rubber Stamp or Clear Stamp is a physical product offered in one size, to be used with ink and stamped on paper. Sometimes, many times, if you are a crafter, you may just want to hold that product in your hand to create the image. I love working with my hands, so I love rubber stamps and clear stamps just as much as I love digi stamps. As a matter of fact, I designed images for various rubber stamp companies for over 15 years prior to creating Digi Doodle Studios.
The difference between the two are really a matter of preference.
How to Save Your Download:
First, please know that when you purchase one of my digi stamps or digi papers, you will receive a download of a digi file only in a “zip” file format. You will not receive a physical product, nor are you buying the rights to that image(s). You, and only you, are buying permission to USE the image for personal use in accordance with my Terms of Use and Angel Policy.
You will receive a link of your purchased download. Once you download the “zip.” File, double click the file to “extract” your image. Please save the image in a folder on your computer. You may want to create a folder for the Digi Doodle Studios digi stamps to keep them organized and easily accessible. Make sure you also back up your downloads on a CD or USB as I can not replace any lost images.
How to Print Digital Images:
Digi Stamps are wonderfully versatile! They can be sized, rotated, reversed printed or not!
I am a long time user of Epson Printers! My current Epson is a Workforce 7110. I love this printer because it not only prints large format such 12x12, for scrapbooking, but it also has vivid inks that don't fade or smudge and is waterproof. So you Know what that means....you can print the images and immediately start coloring!
Ok so if you are new to digl stamps, you will need some sort of photo editing software in order to size and print the images. I recommend Photoshop Elements as it is fairly user friendly and offers great result. However, it not necessary if you don't have access to Elements. There are many free programs that you can use online such as PicMonkey or Gimp.
If you prefer to use a desktop publishing software, I have put together a Tutorial using Microsoft Word to size and print your Digis.
